Dogs are not allowed to run free in our community. Pets must ALWAYS BE ON A LEASH when outside of the homeowner's lot...that's just the way it is, and it's the law. If you are a dog owner in Black Rock Hills, please don't allow your animal to terrorize our community by allowing it to run free, leaving behind a trail of ...well...you know. There are several reasons that this rule is imposed, too many to mention here.
