Vehicle Parking

First, please be considerate of your neighbors by allowing them access to their own driveways.
 
Second, contact the board if you need to report a parking violation. 
 
Your cooperation is very much appreciated in following our parking rules.
 
Here are some of the current guidelines.  For a complete transcript of the BRH Declarations and our other documents, please click on "Documents" in the navigation panel on the left.
 
4.2 All homeowner vehicles are to be parked in the homeowner's driveway or garage.
      • No heavy-duty commercial vehicles, campers, trailers, boats, or any part thereof shall be parked or permitted to remain on any lot. No such vehicles shall be parked overnight on any street; provided that such vehicles belonging to guests only be so parked five (5) days per month.
 
4.3 Homeowner light-duty commercial vehicles are allowed in driveways as long as they follow the other guidelines.
 
4.4 Improperly licensed vehicles, vehicles under repair or any unsightly vehicles are prohibited from parking in driveways or on the street. (Article 11.2)
 
4.5 Parking within the driveways is permitted as long as the vehicle(s) (1) do not extend beyond the driveway (2) are used frequently, minimum two-three times per week. For all divisions no parking for homeowners, ·on sidewalks, grass or street.
 
4.6 Parking or other vehicle violations should be brought to the attention of the Management Company. Warning notices and fines shall be imposed at the discretion of the BRH Board (See Append:ix: A). Homeowners are urged to take responsibility in reporting repeat offenders to the Management Company.
