Tips for parking security
Car prowls are an unfortunate fact of life and our vehicles are subject to such activity.
Taking sensible precautions can reduce the risk:
- Lock your vehicle at all times. This includes when you are going in for “just a minute.”
- Avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle. If you must leave packages in your car, put them in the trunk. Keep receipts with you.

Community Safety - There have been a few reported vehicle break-ins around the community lately. Please do not hesitate to call 9-1-1 if you are ever uncomfortable or see suspicious activity. Please remember to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle.
Please also report any incidents to the police and Yates Wood to make sure we keep all homeowners aware and alert to safety issues.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LATE FEES
According to the Declarations, dues must be at the management office by five o'clock pm on the 5th day of the month. The Board has traditionally extended this time to the 10th of each month before a late fee is added. After that time, a late fee of $10.00 is charged by the Association. The management company charges a fee of $27.50 for the additional costs of processing and collecting delinquent payments. The total late fee levied for a late payment is $37.50.
By policy, accounts that are more than 90 days delinquent or delinquent in an amount in excess of $600.00 are turned over to an attorney which will add additional costs.
Please make every effort to pay your dues on time every time.
If you find you are having difficulty, call the management company at 206-268-3320 right away to arrange a payment plan.

The people who maintain our common areas wear ear protection and can't always hear passing vehicles. That makes it extremely dangerous if passing cars are speeding or drivers are not paying strict attention. Please SLOW DOWN and DRIVE CAREFULLY when you are within our community and don't forget to mention to our (invited) guests to please do the same. Thank you!!!
Please slow down and watch for people working in the street. Especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Please watch for children and other pedestrians all the time!
