The Village at Black Rock Hills
Welcome

The Village at Black Rock Hills
Homeowner Association

The Village at Black Rock Hills community consists of 149 single-family homes, and we have six separate divisions and about 100 acres of land that surrounds our community.  Each separate division is its own unique neighborhood.  We are also a "Private Property" community, since we are all shareholders and each of us owns 1/149th of the entire property acreage.

We have one of the finest communities in Snohomish County. This is a place where your family can enjoy nature as well as the warm and friendly environment that our residents call home.

The Board of Directors is always trying to improve communications and make up to date information available to our homeowners. It is our sincere hope this website will be a useful tool in accomplishing this. Please use the resources of our website, bookmark us, and check back often for updates.

Should you have any questions or comments regarding our Association, please contact our Community Association Manager, Emily Beyer, by using the "Contact Us" feature or call Emily at 206-268-3300.  She will be happy to assist you.
